PAX Services Group is looking for a dedicated Safety Manager in the Mid-Atlantic Region to help grow and maintain our strong safety culture. If you're passionate about workplace safety, compliance, and ensuring a safe environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. What You’ll Do: ? Implement and enforce safety programs on job sites ? Conduct safety inspections and recommend improvements ? Develop site-specific safety plans and hazard analyses ? Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance ? Lead safety training for employees and teams ? Establish and manage a local safety committee What We’re Looking For: ? Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety (or relevant experience) ? 1-3 years of safety program development and compliance experience ? Knowledge of OSHA regulations (OSHA 30 required, OSHA 500 preferred) ? Strong organizational & communication skills ? Proficiency in MS Office & Procore (preferred) ? Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus! This role is a key player in ensuring the safety of our employees and customers.
