We’re pawsitively joyous to announce Emily H. has been promoted to the role of Managing Director (MD) of Pawprint. ?"I'm really excited to step into this new role at a key time in the Pawprint journey,” says Emily. “We’ve used data and insights to break new ground in sustainability engagement, and now we’re launching new services based on those insights to lighten the load on busy sustainability teams. I want to say a big thank you to our customers for their support and ideas as we continue to develop the range of sustainability services Pawprint offers." Pawprint clients and friends know Emily well as our Head of Customer Success, a role in which she has excelled, helping Pawprint to get ever more client-centric and solve real employee sustainability challenges with a combination of data-driven insights, tech savvy and pragmatic business understanding - all delivered with a cheerful nature and oodles of empathy. She now moves on to a broader role running the business day-to-day across all functions. Emily has been a driving force behind our reporting, our new service proposition as well as product development and this appointment is recognition of how much she already contributes across our business and for our clients. Pawprint Founder Christian Arno says: “Emily is a huge driving force behind Pawprint as our product and new service proposition has evolved. She’s been an inspiring leader since she joined, and it feels very natural for her to move into this role. She’s a pleasure to work with, day in, day out.” Not many people know that Emily is also a former national Maths Olympian, an exceptionally experienced (mostly low carbon) traveller, a Board game enthusiast - not to mention a mother of three. Did I mention she hardly ever sleeps? Emily and Matt Jones will be ‘on tour’ with Christian in Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen and London, the South-East and the Midlands visiting customers and holding our Pawprint and Friends peer-to-peer roundtables in December and January - please do shout if you’d like to meet us on our travels.

Last week, we hosted our very first Pawprint & Friends Sustainability Roundtable in London with clients and friends. ? The event was a platform for sharing impactful stories from our customers and partners on how they are championing sustainability within the corporate landscape. We explored what sustainability means on both an individual and organisational level, sparking deep conversations on driving meaningful change. The night ended with some light networking, snacks, and discussions about our next Sustainability Social. ?? We’re excited to make these gatherings a regular part of our calendar.
