Just wrapped up visits to three of our newly opened Pause Studio locations in Atlanta and Nashville, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s happening. Press Release: Lifeforce and Pause Studio have teamed up to launch the first integrated longevity-wellness offering. As part of the combined offering, Lifeforce’s longevity clinicians will use a member’s blood biomarker results to make personalized recommendations of Pause services (e.g. cryotherapy, infrared therapy, contrast therapy, LED light therapy, IV drips). The partnership will launch with five California locations this month and roll out nationwide to over 100 Pause locations by the end of 2026.
