Today we released the 2024 Hudson Valley Annual Housing Market Report. A few findings: ?? The median price was greater than $300,000 in all nine counties for the first time ever. ?? Seven of the nine counties now have median prices over $400,000. (Only Greene and Sullivan are less.) ?? Ulster County’s median price surpassed Orange County’s for the first time ever. ?? Westchester County became the first to surpass a median price of $700,000. ?? The regional market has less than half the quantity of homes on for sale compared to the pre-pandemic baseline.
