Our team is thrilled to be able to announce results in one of the top causes of cancer death in men and women under the age of 50. Identifying both a novel drug target and molecular drug in aggressive and early-onset colorectal cancer is a critical step in early detection and effective treatment in the leading cause of cancer death in men under 50 and second leading cause of cancer death of women under 50. Pattern's Pattern Discovery Engine(tm), or PDE, has again uncovered novel patterns in cancer data- genomic data was provided by Fred Hutch Cancer Center and compiled by the Genetics and Epidemiology of Colorectal Cancer Consortium (GECCO).
