The mission at Patriot Affordable Housing (“PAH”) is to honor the service and sacrifice of veterans and active-duty service members by providing them with attainable housing solutions through innovative ground-up development projects. Through our programs and partnerships, we aim to alleviate housing insecurity and promote stability for those who have served our nation. PAH is a private organization that will fulfill its mission without the need for government funding, although government-funded programs and subsidies will be pursued to help expand the impact PAH can make, it will not be necessary to accomplish the mission. PAH collaborates with local governments, community organizations, military-focused organizations, businesses, and other stakeholders to maximize its impact and further its reach. Through strategic partnerships, PAH leverages resources and expertise to expand its housing initiatives allowing it to serve a greater pool of veterans and active-duty service members throughout the United States. The impact of Patriot Affordable Housing extends far beyond providing shelter. Stable housing is the foundation for personal and professional success. By providing affordable housing options, we help veterans and active-duty service members build stable and secure lives for themselves and their families. Our housing programs promote community integration by placing veterans and active-duty service members in neighborhoods where they can connect with fellow veterans and civilians, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie. Access to safe and stable housing is essential for maintaining physical and mental health. By addressing housing insecurity, PAH will contribute to the overall well-being of veterans, active-duty service members, and the communities they live in.

Today, we honor and remember the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of our brave veterans. #VeteransDay was first observed on November 11, 1919, marking the first anniversary of the end of World War I. Over a century later, we continue to recognize and thank the men and women who have answered the call to serve and protect our GREAT nation. This day is about more than remembrance…it’s a tribute to the values of duty, honor, and resilience that every veteran embodies. We MUST take time to acknowledge not only those who have served but also those who are currently in service and those who will wear the uniform in the future.     I am very proud to announce that Patriot Affordable Housing, Inc. has officially received its 501(c)(3) ("tax exempt") status from the IRS. We are one step closer to building homes for active and retired military service members that are struggling to find a quality place to live for their families. The lack of support we show our veterans and active duty service members in this country is appalling, to say the very least. We are excited to partner with local governments, non-profits, military organizations, and any other parties that are interested in furthering the cause. We need help finding qualified veterans and active duty service members for our program that targets those at or below 80% of AMI (area median income). The best part of our program is the fact that we are going to make homeowners NOT renters.
