关于我们
Patrick Lives On is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that works hard to curb violence by supporting school-aged children in the greater Chicago area. This organization was founded by Patricia Frontain, a parent and Sr. Script Supervisor for the television show Chicago PD, who tragically lost her 14 year old son five years ago to gun violence. Since its inception, we have helped at the Chicagoland youth attend after-school programs and camps. We also provide schools and the public with Public Service Announcements and Short Films with Chicago PD, Chicago Med, and Chicago Fire actors to spread the message of using words, not violence.
