Patisserie Florentine brand currently owned by Chef Tomer Zilkha, operates 2 full service French patisseries in Englewood and Closter, New Jersey and one quick service kiosk at "The Shops at Riverside" A Simon Group Inc. mall in Bergen County, NJ. PF currently provides a unique fresh-baked wholesale solution for artisan breads, salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts for five cafes and two mobile cafes. The company aims to launch its first boutique franchise store in summer 2022 in Bergen county NJ, with the mission to expand its charming petite footprint of old-world Parisian experience in your neighborhood.
