On September 17th, the White House brought together leaders from health organizations, patient and workforce advocates, healthcare executives, and key administration officials to discuss implementing the recommendations from the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) report, "A Transformational Effort on Patient Safety."
