You can start connecting the dots by delivering personalized care. Hospitals using personalized care strategies see an increase in patient satisfaction scores, and patients who are offered opportunities to engage in their healthcare have better outcomes. What does personalized care look like? It can be changing how you communicate with a patient to help them better understand their care—like using a translator, written words, or drawings.
