The final report for the systematic review on tethered spinal cord syndrome, developed in collaboration with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, is now available. ?? Key finding: The report includes findings related to MRI for diagnosis, surgical detethering as treatment, prophylactic surgery and more.
