??ATTENTION EB-5 INVESTORS! It has come to our attention that up to 25% of all EB-5 Regional Centers currently offering property investments to foreign individuals are DELINQUENT with regard to paying their annual registration fees to the USCIS! (There were 640 registered Regional Centers in April 2023. Each project is registered as a separate Regional Center and the fee per project is $20 000) These fees are legally binding for Regional Centers and if it’s not paid YOUR green card could be in JEOPARDY! So unless you have had an I-829 approval and your green card has had its conditions lifted, you could be at risk. Every applicant or beneficiary that has an active EB-5 petition that has not been resolved by an I-829 approval, needs to check up on this. So check with your attorney to ensure that your Regional Center is not in receipt of a NOIT!!! (Notice of intention to terminate).
