For children who have experienced instability, imaginative play provides a safe space to process emotions, build confidence, and practice real-world interactions in a low-stakes, nurturing environment. Celebrating Black History Month with a Well-Deserved Promotion! ? We are beyond proud to announce that Eboni Jones has been promoted to Assistant Director at Pathways! ?? With her Master of Social Work from the University of North Alabama, Eboni has been a cornerstone of our community, advocating fiercely for the women and children we serve. As the Early Learning Center social worker, she has supported families in achieving their housing goals, accessing vital resources, and navigating challenges with unwavering compassion. Eboni previously served as the social worker for families in Stepping Stones, and while she’s transitioning out of that role, her impact will continue to be felt in every corner of Pathways. She is a leader, an advocate, and a guiding light—for our families, our children, and our entire team. Her passion, heart, and dedication make this promotion not just well-earned, but inevitable.
