JOB OPPORTUNITY: Operations Lead Pathways is a new global network that partners with local experts to ensure broad-based support for climate action. We collaborate with local leaders to build shared understanding and co-design strategies around impactful interventions. We'll have several roles coming up in the next couple of months. The first is for a stellar Operations Lead based remotely, but it needs to be in the UK / EU timezone. We'd consider part-time for the right person. It's an ace job and one of our first hires. The role will focus on further operationalising Pathways in the UK and be at the forefront of building our efforts internationally. This is a director-level role, and you'll need proven scale-up experience in a sustainability-focused organisation and/or a UK not-for-profit.
