More kindness. Less judgment. When we are kind to ourselves and others, we are more likely to seek or offer help. Help that leads to better outcomes for individuals, families, and communities. If you or a loved one is struggling with drugs or alcohol, call 1-800-662-HELP. Pictured are scenes of kindness from our statewide stakeholder engagement tour, which gave us the opportunity to engage and empathize with the needs of those providing and accessing #substanceusedisorder services. #WorldKindnessDay
