As a member of Allentown City Council and Lehigh Valley Stands Up, she is working tirelessly to ensure the rights and dignity of all residents, including those experiencing homelessness. In Ce-ce's recent article for the Morning Call, she amplifies the urgent need for the Unsheltered Declaration of Rights that she and LVSU and Allentown City Council member Natalie Santos proposed. We Stand With Ce-Ce and support her efforts to protect some of our most vulnerable community members. Being unhoused should not be treated as a crime, and it's time for us to take a stand against injustice.
