We took a quick trip to visit our clients in the City of Berkeley, CA! The team connected with the enforcement staff to discuss how our compliance technology can continue to support their needs, from monitoring and issuance to reporting and driving efficiencies. Also on the itinerary was a pit stop at the University of California, Berkeley's campus. Passport is partnering with UC Berkeley’s Codebase program to develop an AI-powered system that automates ticket processing, reducing delays and improving response times. Beyond enhancing operations for our clients, Passport is proud to provide these students with valuable hands-on experience, preparing them for future careers in tech. ??

Passport is thrilled to recognize two outstanding individuals from the City of Columbia SC: Elle Matney and Tori Salvant! Elle has been an integral part of the partnership since its early stages, while Tori (pictured) is a newer team member whose contributions have already made a significant impact. Over the years, the City has collaborated with Passport to improve the parking payment experience, including the rollout of updated parking signage. This month, the City reached an exciting milestone with 8 million transactions through the Passport Parking app! Thank you Elle and Tori and congrats to the City of Columbia!
