Integrating Okta with Keycloak has been an exciting challenge. Leveraging the best of both platforms, I’ve successfully implemented a seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) solution that simplifies user authentication while ensuring robust security. ??? ? Key Highlights: ?? Enabled OpenID Connect brokering in Keycloak to bridge the gap with Okta. ?? Configured Okta as an Identity Provider (IDP) for smooth user federation. ?? Tested and validated workflows for a secure, scalable, and user-friendly experience. ? This integration not only strengthens security but also enhances the user experience by centralizing access management across applications. ?? ? I'm excited to share that we recently completed an internal project to build a robust demo environment for our Zigmadata platform, designed to support impactful client demos. Our team demonstrated remarkable resilience and dedication, staying agile and committed throughout the journey to deliver a solution that showcases the platform effectively. ?????? ???? ???????????????? ????????: 1. Scrum Framework: Leveraging the Scrum framework allowed us to track daily progress, incorporate continuous improvements, and resolve challenges on the go. We held daily stand-ups to ensure transparency and accountability among all team members. 2. Detailed Tracking: To streamline development and testing phases, we used a tracker to monitor tasks, prioritize fixes, and stay aligned with sprint goals. 3. Retrospective Insights: Along with regular sprint retrospectives, we also conducted a final retrospective session to review unexpected challenges, discuss solutions, and document critical takeaways for future projects. ?????? ?????????????????? ?????? ?????????????? ??????????????: 1. Expect the Unexpected: As a Project Manager, optimism bias can sometimes cloud the reality of unforeseen challenges. Since our team had previously worked on similar projects, I initially planned to leverage those approaches. However, this experience reinforced the importance of adapting processes to address new challenges and planning with flexibility to handle unexpected delays effectively. 2. Adaptability is Key: Working on this project emphasized that even the best-laid plans might need adjustments. Some tasks flowed smoothly, while others took an unexpected 180-degree turn. Being flexible and ready to pivot helped us maintain momentum. 3. Trust and Confidence in Teamwork: A project manager's confidence stems from their team. Our DevOps and UI teams were instrumental in navigating this journey, and I’m incredibly grateful to them for their collaboration and hard work. It’s a privilege to work with such a dedicated team at PassionBytes Thank you to everyone involved in this endeavor. Working with a collaborative, insightful, and adaptable team made the journey enjoyable and rewarding. This project reminded me that successful project management is as much about adaptability and teamwork as it is about timelines and deliverables. Looking forward to more successful projects together!
