Food tracking has (for me) alwasy been a pain! It was slow and inherently I'd skip things because it was quicker. This morning I tracked my breakfast in under 30s using Hexis new food scanner (see video below). I'm doing a 70.3 in 5 weeks and am using the app for my daily fuelling plan, tracking 1 or 2 times a day to check I'm in the ballpark of recommendations. The fuelling plan supports my training goals which will ultimately lead to the performance I want, the additional bits like the food scanner just make it much easier to validate I'm heading in the right direction. #nutritiontech #sportsnutrition #nutritionAI
