The best way to start your day! Duck Donuts, followed by the "Duck & Cover" game and then a "Duck Hunt". Today, our employees gathered in the Passco Bistro to have a little fun and participate in some team building. I sent them on a duck hunt after they loaded up on some delicious donuts. The first duck was found within minutes but the second duck took hours to find and required little clues along the way. Passco attended the 2024 Annual ADISA Fall Conference last week at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas. This year, we wanted you to "Fell right at Home" with our booth. We took a model unit from one of our apartment communities and had 3DWD, Creators of WOW replicate it as our booth. Complete with a dining table for us to entertain our guests. Last Friday, Passco had the pleasure of coordinating a presentation for the UCI Center for Real Estate students. The discussion, led by Dave Waddell, Vice President, Operations for Irvine Company Retail Properties, centered on the leasing strategy for the new Bass Pro Shops in Irvine. ? Students gained valuable insights into one of Orange County's most significant leases and got an in-depth look at the strategic decisions behind the site selection and market trends that influenced the decision to bring Bass Pro Shops to Irvine Spectrum Area. ?
