March 17th is more than just St. Patrick’s Day for us Passco Companies, LLC—it’s a day of remembrance, honor, and celebration for our dear friend, Jack Fitzgibbon. Two years ago, we lost not only an incredible General Counsel but also a remarkable human being whose kindness, wisdom, and presence left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. In Jack’s honor, we created the?"Jack Award,"?an annual recognition given to Passco employees who embody the qualities that made Jack so special. He was the?"Salt of the Earth,"?"A Class Act,"?and had?"A Big Heart."?Since 2023, this award has been presented to?Victoria White, Thomas Bram and Shayna O'Green.?This year, we are proud to honor?Colin Gillis and Andrew Dannenbaum the 2025 recipients! This trophy is more than just an award—it’s a symbol of Jack’s enduring legacy. After spending the past few years in Irvine, it will now make its way to Atlanta, where both Colin and Andrew reside. It will be displayed with pride, and let’s just say, its new home brings it a little closer to Augusta National—Jack’s happy place. A trip with the trophy in the near future sounds like a fitting tribute! Passco Companies, LLC, one of our Partners, continues to crush it with Landing. Since launching with us in July, they've recently expanded, adding 10 additional properties and filling more vacant units with qualified, vetted Landing Members. My takeaway: Landing is driving a material difference in the revenue we are paying out to Partners on their hard to move units. Jera Harris, VP of Asset Management at Passco, said: "These were vacant units generating zero revenue. Now, instead of sitting empty, they’re producing thousands of dollars in revenue." This is one of the reasons I love what we do -- turning vacancy into opportunity for our Partners. Excited to see what’s ahead as this Partnership continues to grow!
