The first full-service airport development consultancy of its kind, Paslay Group began by offering Executive Program Management – a term coined by CEO & Managing Partner R. Clay Paslay. With this service, Paslay Group works as an extension of an airport’s executive management team to help them execute capital development programs successfully, on time, and on budget. From there, two additional companies were created to expand Paslay Group’s scope of services and to provide multifaceted assistance to airports with growing complex needs. These two teams are the Development and Advisory Services divisions. Each team is led by tenured industry experts with both public and private experience and has the freedom to operate independently and respond to unique client needs and rapidly changing realities. This structure minimizes bureaucratic lag times and allows each team to amplify their specific strengths without sacrificing internal collaboration or a full-service offering.
