"I was blessed to be in a position to take over a leadership position at a young age and have also been blessed to have some amazing leaders and colleagues in my life that helped accelerate and yet ground my leadership," said Dr. Williams. "I love my work and the people that I get to work with daily and after almost thirty years, I am still seeking ways to make a difference in the lives of students every day."
