Happy Veterans Day! Today, we honor and thank all the brave men and women who have served in our armed forces. Your courage, dedication, and sacrifices inspire us and earn our deepest respect. Veterans Day has a rich history, originating from Armistice Day, established by President Woodrow Wilson in 1919. In 1947, WWII veteran Raymond Weeks organized the first “National Veterans Day Parade” to honor veterans of all wars. Through Veterans Day was briefly observed in October under the 1968 Uniform Holidays Bill, President Gerald Ford restored the date to November 11th in 1975, preserving its significance. Today, we honor all who served. We’d also like to thank our veteran team members at Parts Life, Inc. and DeVal Lifecycle Support for their service, expertise, and the perspectives they bring to our team. We are grateful for your dedication to our country and the work that we do every day. Hank Mumma, a proud Army West Point alumnus, studied engineering while playing football and wrestling. After graduating from Rutgers University, he served in the US Army, training in German and working at brigade headquarters with the 2nd Basic Combat Training Brigade at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Hank’s commitment to service continues as he currently leads our Mentor-Protégé Program. Dylan Caruso, an United States Department of the Air Force veteran who served at Sheppard Air Force Base as a material maintenance analyst. Now, he brings his skills and dedication to his role as a technician in our remanufacturing program, where he continues to contribute to mission readiness and innovation. Cesar Montanez, an US Army veteran with a rich background in flight operations, trained at Fort Dix and served with the 11th Aviation Brigade in Germany and the 3rd Armored Calvary Regiment at Fort Bliss, Texas. He also participated in flight operations in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm. With 16 years of dedication to our team, Cesar is a valued member of the DeVal 70th Legacy Team and Care Team and serves as a Quality Control Manager. Stephanie Lynch, an US Army veteran who served at Hunter Army Base in Savannah, Georgia, where she packed parachutes for the First Ranger Battalion. Today, she continues her dedication and precision as a technician on our team. Micah Thevanayagam, served in the United States Department of the Air Force as a command control battle management operator in the 609th Air Operations Center. Currently Micah serves on our shared services team in recruiting.? #VeteransDay #HonoringOurHeroes #ThankYouVeterans #MilitaryAppreciation #ArmedForces #SupportOurTroops #ServiceAndSacrifice #VeteranPride #ArmyVeteran #NavyVeteran #MarineCorps #AirForceVeteran #CoastGuardVeteran

Happy 249th Birthday to the United States Marine Corps! Thank you to all the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country with honor and dedication. The Marine Corps (USMC) was founded on November 10th, 1775, by the Continental Congress creating two battalions specifically tasked with recruiting individuals skilled in maritime affairs. Following their reinstatement after the initial disbanding after the War for Independence the Marine Corps was soon reinstated. Since then, the USMC continue to distinguish themselves as one of the finest fighting forces in human history. Today the Marine Corps stands ready to continue the proud traditions of those who so bravely fought at Iwo Jima, Okinawa, Guadalcanal, and Fallujah. #MarineCorpsBirthday #SemperFi #HonoringMarines #MissionReady

They say, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” But at Parts Life, Inc., the foundation of our strategy is our people and culture, dedicated to building a winning team grounded in excellence. Lead by Vice President of Business Development Jeannie Whitfield, strategic planning is a continuous process systematically used to develop our strategic corporate objectives for the year. These objectives are then developed, tracked, and reported regularly to align our companies, departments and processes to our ultimate mission: supporting the warfighter and the U.S. taxpayer in a way that glorifies God. Our first planning session of the year focused on how our strengths and values drive execution, turning plans into action. With a culture rooted in opportunities, collaboration and innovation, we’re ready for the year ahead. Thank you to Dr. K. Shelette Stewart for facilitating the first half of the day! #StrategicPlanning #CorporateGoals #ContinuousImprovement #TeamExcellence #PartsLifeInc #Leadership #BusinessStrategy #Accountability #GoalSetting #Innovation #CompanyCulture
