The topic of #resilience is on the minds of many equity champions driving #change in the workplace. That's why moderating yesterday's Women's History Month panel on women's resilience felt so timely and necessary. Key takeaways from our powerful discussion: ? Building community is essential. This work is challenging, and we need a strong network of supporters both within and beyond corporate walls. ? While allies are important, understanding your adversaries is critical. Know your landscape and prepare to navigate challenges strategically. ? Pay it forward and be there for other women, just as others have been there for you. Our collective strength grows through mutual support. ? Recognize the need to step back and recharge. Taking care of yourself is part of sustaining the movement. A huge thank you to our powerhouse speakers for sharing their wisdom and insights with us. Evan T. Green Marina Denny Michelle Jalali
