Through the support of a Career Connect Washington Explore Grant, Jefferson Healthcare introduced eighth graders to the world of health care, from taking blood pressure to exploring an ambulance. These experiences are more than just a glimpse into a career; they're a step toward filling critical jobs in our community. By connecting industry leaders, school districts, and community colleges, we're ensuring that students have the clear pathways and support they need to pursue their passions and career dreams right here at home.
