A recent analysis of MES data from 2019, 2021, and 2023 reveals a consistent and positive impact across personal, professional, and civic growth. ?? The majority of members personally and professionally valued their service. ?? They viewed their work as beneficial for the common good. ?? Participation among those with a high school diploma (no college degree) has increased—yet positive experiences remain steady across all education levels.
