Every young person deserves the chance to build their self-sustaining future. Our Workforce Training program within Project Jubilee equips young people ages 16-25 with practical, hands-on skills to thrive in today’s job market. From apartment maintenance—including electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and drywall—to the nuances of landscape gardening, our intensive six-week training gets participants certified and ready for stable employment, empowering them to make a lasting impact in their communities.

Read Lead Freedom Schools is a free summer and after-school program designed to help school-aged children strengthen reading comprehension while receiving culturally relevant education and support. Rooted in the Children’s Defense Fund Freedom Schools model, RLFS goes beyond academics, fostering leadership, civic engagement, and community action, all while promoting health, wellness, and family involvement.
