Partners Capital, Inc. In conjunction with CNR Retail is proud to announce The Cliff Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, NV a proposed 100,000 adaptive re-use project from office to lifestyle retail. Plans show that the majority of the 25 retail spaces, which will range in size from 1,800-square feet to 17,000-square feet, will open up to a central bar and 25,000-square covered outdoor dining lounge, with landscaped communal meeting spaces, live performance area, fire pits, kiosks and public art installations.
