  • ?? Publication Alert: A new way to add cell capture and secretion capture moieties onto Nanovials! ?? In a recent Lab-on-a-Chip publication, the Di Carlo lab explored the use of a strained alkyne moiety along with biotin to attach cell capture and secretion capture antibodies to Nanovials. ?? Key Takeaways from the publication: ?? Antibody-secreting cells (ASCs) need to be screened efficiently for both binding and functionality at scale. ?? Orthogonal chemistries (biotin and strained alkyne) can be used separate the timing of cell loading and antigen loading onto Nanovials.? ??
