Over the last 10 years, Laura has made such an incredible impact at Park West, especially in Arbor. She has been with Arbor since day one and through all the ups and downs, her dedication has never wavered. Her “do whatever it takes” attitude has made it possible for Arbor to grow and succeed. Her leadership and drive to always improve has no bounds and all those around her benefit. The core values Laura most resembles are PEOPLE and RELIABLE; Laura cares deeply about our Park West family and she always delivers, no matter the task at hand. Both of these values can be seen so clearly in her current role, as well as her roles in the past. Laura was first hired as a Human Relations Manager, where she was the point person for employee onboarding but as Arbor continued to grow, she was promoted to Office Manager in 2015. Because of her extensive industry knowledge, she played a major role in the development of the Project Management department within Arbor and was thus promoted to Project Manager for all regions in 2017. By 2024, she was promoted once more to Director of Administration for Arbor. Laura, we are beyond thankful for all you have done; you have made Park West a better place! In 2004, Lisa Polizzi came to Park West as an Office Manager. At the time, there were only two branches- one in Orange County and one in San Diego. Throughout her twenty years here, Lisa has seen Maintenance grow from two to now thirteen branches. As our business expanded, she became and is still known as the “mama bear” as she led and trained incoming Office Managers and made sure that all Maintenance branches were supported and looked after. Her current role is Customer Relations Specialist, where she continues to care for our customers and her team to the utmost level. Lisa most resembles our core values of PASSIONATE and PEOPLE. She truly loves her role and cares so deeply for her PEOPLE. Lisa is highly productive and stops at nothing; in her current role, her PASSION is perfectly captured in her favorite catchphrase, “show me the money!” Besides building up the Maintenance department and crushing it as Customer Relations Specialist, Lisa also was a key person in assisting the development of the AR page on the BSS; her efforts allow us to know where invoices stand at all times! When Lisa isn’t running the world, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also loves going to the lake, attending church, and enjoying sushi dates with her favorite people. 5 years ago, Carlos Gonzalez started his Park West journey as a Foreman, before becoming the Assistant Superintendent that he is today. Carlos’s amazing drive and passion in everything he does makes him an unstoppable force. In baseball terminology, he is our closer! He will stop at nothing to make sure projects close out and do so in the best way possible. Carlos most resembles the core value of PASSION. He truly loves what he does; he lives and breathes landscape! He has a hand in every single job and because of his passion, all our post construction maintenance jobs are delivered to the highest level. When Carlos isn’t at work, he takes care of his horses, chickens, and roosters. He also enjoys spending time with his loved ones. All in all, Carlos is an amazing person with a whole lot of heart.
