Sweet Victory! ?????? We’re buzzing with excitement to share that our Cypress Center property in Tampa has won the award for the most honey produced in 2023! In just one year since establishing our apiary, our hardworking bees have produced an incredible 200+ lbs of honey across two harvests. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the dedication of our team and the thriving environment we’ve created for our bees.

We’re beyond proud of our amazing teams and partners who have come together to make a real difference in our communities! - Jacksonville: For the second year, our Financial Operations Team has dedicated their time and energy to support Daniel Kids, contributing to a successful school drive that benefits nearly 5,000 children in need. - Houston: Our efforts with the Yellowstone School Supply Drive have made a tangible impact, providing essential supplies for students and families in the Yellowstone community. - Miami: The Back-to-School Drive at 1111 Brickell, organized in partnership with The Caring Place, Miami Rescue Mission, and Banco Sabadell, was a tremendous success. Our tenants, including Finaccess Advisors, Sequor Law, Metropolitan Bank, and Telxius, went above and beyond by hosting their own drives, surprising us with an abundance of supplies like backpacks, fun hats, and everything needed to make the school day brighter for the kids.
