Earlier this week, Cassie Reese Tipton represented Parkside Hospital at the Oklahoma State Capitol alongside the Tulsa Regional Chamber for One Voice Day, advocating for enhanced mental health services in our state. This event brings together business and community leaders to engage directly with elected officials on critical issues impacting Oklahoma. These discussions aim to promote policies that improve access to mental healthcare for all Oklahomans.

?? FDA Expands Approval for Antidepressant Nasal Spray ?? Big news in mental health care! The FDA has expanded approval for Spravato, an antidepressant nasal spray, allowing it to be used as a standalone treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression. This means more people struggling with severe depression may now have access to this innovative treatment. We're honored that KOTV - News On 6 was able to spotlight how Parkside is making a difference. Parkside’s own Gail Flack, who oversees our Spravato program, was interviewed to discuss how this medication is helping patients find relief when other treatments haven’t worked.
