Alison, a Georgia native, graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Hospitality and brings over 12 years of experience in real estate management to PMPM.?She specializes in adaptive reuse facilities, retail spaces, and Class-A office properties. Throughout her career, Alison has handled all aspects of real estate management, including budgeting, capital forecasting, financial strategy and execution, and tenant engagement. We’re excited to have her on the #PMPM Team!

Most recently, Rob was a Regional Engineering Manager with Colliers providing oversight and quality assurance initiatives for a team of over 200 engineers on the East Coast. With over 30+ years in the engineering field, Rob’s career has focused primary on facility operations and maintenance in government services in the DC area.?In addition, Rob takes great pride in training and developing staff and encouraging professional growth among the team.??Outside of work, Rob enjoys deejaying at parties and resides in Port Tobacco, MD, with his family.? ? Welcoming our newest member, Quinn Morris, to the #PMPM team! ? Prior to joining Park Madison, Quinn worked as a Senior Associate in Acquisitions overseeing nationwide acquisitions of net lease retail, industrial and medical office properties.?Quinn received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hamilton College and is currently a candidate to receive his Masters in Real Estate at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.?We're thrilled to have you on the team, Quinn!?

For this month's Team Member Spotlight, we want to highlight and congratulate Barbara Morrow who was recently promoted to Senior Property Manager at Park Madison Property Management! We are thrilled to have Barb on the #PMPM team and we look forward to seeing her grow as she steps into the role of Senior Property Manager.

It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of another longtime BOMA Columbus Ohio (Official) member, Jeffrey Wolf. Although Jeffrey wasn’t a BOMA Columbus member the last few years, he has a long standing history with our local chapter. He was a kind, fun, and quick witted individual and it was truly a pleasure to be around him. He was also a pillar of the property management industry, having served clients in Ohio and surrounding states for more than 26 years. Jeffrey ran the property management operations of Continental Real Estate Companies for many years, focused Columbus, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and West Virginia. For the past several years, Jeffrey served as the General Manager of Park Madison Property Management. Jeffrey was also a Trustee for the Capital Crossroads and Discovery Special Improvement Districts for 8 years, and an Advisory Board Member for Shadowbox Live for 5 years. Jeffrey served on numerous BOMA Columbus Committees as well, and served as a Board Member from 2010 – 2013. Jeffrey was a great supporter of BOMA Columbus and BOMA International while at Continental, Jeffrey ensured everyone on his team that wanted to be a part of #BOMA was able to do so. Jeffrey supported the #TOBY program, #BOMI designation programs, and regular attendance at our events and luncheons. He was a leader, and #mentor, a consummate professional and above all else, a friend. He will be missed dearly. Donations can be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Jeffrey’s name. LaShaun Queen,?our General Manager at 370 L’Enfant in Washington, D.C. was honored this month with the Leo David Education Award for her 2023 efforts as the IREM Chapter 8 Director of Education. This award spotlighted LaShaun's success in creating new seminars for the region, recruiting instructors, and facilitating the seminars. Congrats LaShaun Queen, CPM, a well-deserved recognition!?#IREM
