Alison, a Georgia native, graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Hospitality and brings over 12 years of experience in real estate management to PMPM.?She specializes in adaptive reuse facilities, retail spaces, and Class-A office properties. Throughout her career, Alison has handled all aspects of real estate management, including budgeting, capital forecasting, financial strategy and execution, and tenant engagement. Most recently, Rob was a Regional Engineering Manager with Colliers providing oversight and quality assurance initiatives for a team of over 200 engineers on the East Coast. With over 30+ years in the engineering field, Rob’s career has focused primary on facility operations and maintenance in government services in the DC area.?In addition, Rob takes great pride in training and developing staff and encouraging professional growth among the team.??Outside of work, Rob enjoys deejaying at parties and resides in Port Tobacco, MD, with his family.? ?
