Archinect featured two of our residential projects on the main page of the website- Mariposa House and Wood House! Tucked away in a lush canyon at the base of the Santa Monica Mountains, Mariposa House reinvents living for a modern family of five through a dramatic, yet thoughtful renovations of a classic mid-century California home. Wood House, on the other hand, is an exercise in the balance between openness and privacy, and transparency and opacity, within Chicago’s dense urban fabric. As an architecture intern at ParkFowler Plus, you'll have the unique opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects while immersing yourself in a design-driven practice. You'll work closely with our team on tasks such as developing detailed 2D and 3D presentation drawings and renderings, assisting in the creation of schematic building elevations, floor plans, and site plans, participating in local site visits to observe project progress firsthand, and much more!
