Calling all foodies! Park Lane New York has added a new dining concept to their roster: Calvert’s. The restaurant pays homage to its neighbor, Central Park, by implementing dishes inspired by ingredients that can be found in the park itself. The name “Calvert’s” is in reference to Calvert Vaux, a prominent architect and landscape designer of the 19th century who is known for designing a variety of buildings in and around Central Park.? Morgan Hines of Appetito Magazine has included the new hotspot in the “Sunday Shop” Guide, saying: “I recently visited Calvert’s, a new restaurant opened in Park Lane New York, that’s been inspired by Central Park. The environment is lovely, with deeply colored interiors that feel luxe and unique. The space is well-suited for a casual elegant dinner or a celebration. Complementing the hotel's rebirth, Scott Sartiano – hospitality magnate and founder of The Sartiano Group who is behind Manhattan’s new coveted private members club, Zero Bond – concepted Park Lane’s food & beverage program, including the only rooftop experience on Central Park South.
