A few months ago, I hinted at something exciting on the horizon, and now I'm thrilled to share some updated renderings as ground has officially broken on the Sprowls Horizon Sports Park! This project has been an incredible journey, and I'm grateful for our visionary partners— OSPORTS and Park & Eleazer Construction Construction—who share the belief that every project should (and can) offer a one-of-a-kind experience. For years, Florida has been a rite of passage for 13+ year-old and high school baseball players with its spring training tournaments and events. Starting Summer 2025, the City of Pinellas Park will proudly offer the first-ever authentic spring training experience for youth baseball and softball players. The park will feature scaled replicas of iconic spring training stadiums, providing players with a unique opportunity to step into the shoes of their heroes.
