Thanks to his hard work, innovative ideas, friendly attitude, and positive spirit, Aidan earned this amazing opportunity. ?? In his new position, Aidan will be responsible for unpacking and shelving items, preparing products for shipment, making boxes, and labeling, and he will soon take on even more exciting tasks. ?? Aidan shared how much the IBA program has boosted his confidence and opened doors to this fantastic career path. Through hard work and growth, Jackson has gained the skills, confidence, and independence to take on this new role. He’ll be handling box making, distributing to departments, and overseeing quality control for nuts, bolts, and screws. ???? After showing incredible dedication and motivation during her internship since September, she’s earned this well-deserved role. ?? Anna will be keeping the preschool toys and sports equipment sanitized, stocking vending machines, and adding the finishing touch to birthday parties with prize-filled water bottles. ?????
