Other organizations in attendance included Miami Dade Area Health Education Center, Touching Miami with Love, Jessie Trice Community Health System, Health Council of South Florida, Jackson Health System, Common Threads, NAMI Miami-Dade County, Feeding South Florida, and Parent to Parent. Together, we are strengthening partnerships and paving the way for impactful community health initiatives. #Collaboration #HealthInnovation #CommunityImpact #HCN #UM #CHCs #HCCNs #Partnership #FQHCs #Science #CTSI #ValueCHCs #OneTeamOneMission
