关于我们
Parent Teacher Home Visits (PTHV) is a high-impact family engagement strategy designed to build trusting home-school partnerships centered on shared hopes and dreams. Recent studies reveal that PTHV’s model for relational home visits strengthens relationships, shifts mindsets, improves teaching, and bolsters student outcomes. These studies also reiterate how critically important implementation fidelity is to realizing the full potential that the model offers.

Way to go Rachel Brice and Andrea Prejean on completing this awesome training program!
A new edition of our #LeadersOfScale training programme has been successfully completed! Over six months, four impactful non-profit organisations in the U.S. were trained to apply #Lean principles to their daily work, addressing pressing challenges in early childhood and STEM learning environments This cohort, funded by the Overdeck Family Foundation, included leaders from Challenger Center, DiscoverE, Raising a Reader, and Parent Teacher Home Visits. Throughout the programme, they assessed and refined their scaling ambitions, gaining the tools and strategies to develop, test, and implement their scaling models. By the end of the programme, these leaders had clear action plans for sustainable impact, using lean strategies to focus on solving social problems efficiently. We’re proud to work with such inspiring leaders and support them on their journey to scale.

Love this visual of #FamilyEngagement!
Today is National Family Engagement Day—and it’s time to reimagine what that means. At Coaction Collective, family engagement isn’t a box to check—it’s a partnership rooted in listening, collaboration, and liberation. Families aren’t just participants; they’re co-creators of thriving schools and communities. Engagement is more than connection—it’s transformation. When we honor family voices and work together, the possibilities are endless. Let’s keep building a future where every family feels seen, heard, and empowered. #FamilyEngagement #Partnership #Liberation #NationalFamilyEngagementDay
