On October 5th, the Shell Burr Oasis hosted a Customer Appreciation Event where they?presented a generous $25,000 check to West Side Leadership Academy on behalf of the Rahul Saigal Memorial Scholarship Fund. The donation, split evenly among five graduating seniors, reflects their commitment to education and the future of Gary. One key benefit of working with Parent Petroleum is receiving support from our Brands Fulfillment Team. This dedicated group works directly with site operators to maintain a professional appearance by assisting with painting, hardware installation, and other site level maintenance to ensure their sites are compliant with brand image standards and mystery shop inspections. Over and above this, the Team helps to inform and educate customers on the latest guidelines and regulations from the EPA and State Fire Marshalls Office to ensure customer locations stay complaint with all Underground Storage Tanks (UST) requirements. By providing hands-on support, our Brands Fulfillment Team helps our clients stay UST compliant, present a reliable brand image and excel in their mystery shop performance while providing an exceptional customer service experience to our customers.
