??Hiring [Experienced Commercial installers/Service Professionals]?? Paratec Door Solutions is a Tampa FL based dock and door company. We are searching for someone special to fill the role of “Commercial Overhead Door installers/Service Professional” with a minimum of 2 years of experience. We need more experienced lead installers/service professionals for a full-time position. For our commercial installer/service pros, safety and getting you home is a priority. You’re not just a number here. Our culture is protected at all costs. This is why we say we’re looking for someone special. The people who typically do well here appreciate working as a team, care about their teammates, and work hard to get the job done correctly and on time. You’ll be supported by a team that genuinely cares about you and your personal life. We do our best to improve every day. This includes working hard to always sell jobs correctly and being mindful of expectations. You’ll be asked to work Monday - Friday but the hours will be unpredictable. There will be days you finish at 3 pm and days you’ll be out until 9 pm. We do our absolute best to have you home by 6 pm every day. We provide our clients with service, maintenance, installation, and repair of overhead doors, HVLS fans, dock equipment, automatic operators, hollow metal doors, high-speed doors, rolling steel, and corrugated sheet doors. You do not need experience in all of these. When you join our team you’ll be taught our way of doing business. That includes customer service, communication, teamwork, and putting in the effort to make the culture better every day. We do continuous training to keep you sharp and explore new products.
