The Chamber hosted its roaring 20s-themed Chamber Banquet at The Station powered by First National Bank with a room overflowing with individuals celebrating the achievements of individuals and the Chamber. Janet Harris, Executive Director & CEO of the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, shared insights into Rockefeller's leadership and how we can apply those principles in our own leadership. We also honored some individuals who contribute to the Chamber and Paragould! Sams Security Safe, Lock, And Key cut the ribbon on their new building today. Sams Security has offered mobile locksmith services for a while, but wanted to expand into a brick and mortar building to better serve northeast Arkansas. In addition to mobile locksmith services, they work on safes, residential and commercial locks, and keys. They are located at 114 S Rockingchair Rd Suite # C and can be contacted at (870) 212-1636.

The Chamber hosted a State of the City presentation for its members today. Attendees had the opportunity to hear from County Judge Rusty McMillon, city department heads, and Mayor Josh Agee as they highlighted the significant progress the city has made over the past year in key areas including public safety, public works, planning and development, and parks and recreation. In addition, attendees heard from city partners, Main Street Paragould and the Economic Development Corporation. Mayor Agee concluded his speech by saying "Leading knowing our life is a vapor is much different than just showing up to work. We as elected leaders realize that our time to lead is a small section of that vapor. We are all gas and no brake because you and our community are worth it." Following the State of the City presentation, special announcements were made regarding expanding Power Plant Park to include a splash pad, murals, and an extended grass area behind the Community Pavilion.

It was an electric morning in Paragould as we were able to help officially unveil The Station—the newly renovated power plant that’s ready to power up our community in a whole new way. Chamber Ambassadors, Chamber Members, and state and local leaders came together to cut the ribbon on a building that has been a part of our community for many years. The Chamber held a ribbon cutting for Let's Roll Paragould. Let's Roll offers bowling, duckpin bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and also has a full-service restaurant on site. Chamber Ambassadors and Members enjoyed a blast from the past while cutting the ribbon at Extra Lives Arcades. This 80s-themed arcade had our Ambassadors taking a walk down memory lane, playing some of their favorite games and finding new ones.
