After two years, I’m closing Paradyme Development, LLC. I helped teams align with their values and create safe, equitable workplaces. However, after a transformative encounter with Jesus Christ, I realized my life and business were out of alignment with my faith. I’m trusting God’s plan and stepping into a new chapter. ?? Today was EVERYTHING. We’re so grateful to share space with such powerful and impactful leaders ?
In December 2023 Diversity Richmond contracted Paradyme Development to facilitate a series of engagements and one on one coaching sessions to support the relationships and effectiveness of their Center Staff. Today was our first day kicking off the meaningful and transformational work and look at these smiles!!! I’m so proud of the work they put in today practicing trust, communication, and honoring each other defining moments. Transforming, healing and growth doesn’t have to feel like work, it can feel like friendship, it can feel like freedom and it can still be effective.
