  • One of the most important metrics often overlooked when measuring organization productivity is People’s Experience. Our latest study highlights the Experience dimension of the Paradox Productivity Framework, showing how a positive experience both FOR your team and WITH your team leads to lasting success. Measuring experience is critical because it impacts FUTURE productivity. If you don’t pay attention to people’s experience, you may be negatively impacting your future productivity…and net productivity…due to short-term focus. Boosting experience metrics might mean taking some extra time with a customer, putting extra effort into building team or cross-department relationships, or getting to know your supplier’s business and interests.
