🚨 New research: how is the DEI landscape really changing? 🚨 We surveyed 443 companies across industries and company sizes to reveal the surprising shifts and enduring strategies shaping workplaces. When we looked beyond the headlines, we found that companies are evolving—not abandoning—their DEI efforts. Some of the key findings in our 2025 DEI Benchmarking Study include: ✔️ There’s a shift away from high-visibility, highly scrutinized efforts like representation goals and talent development programs specifically for underrepresented groups. ✔️ Inclusion-signaling programs—like ERGs and celebrations of key dates—and inclusive benefits remain extremely popular. ✔️ Executive commitment remains strong, and the majority of companies are maintaining or increasing DEI budgets. This report dives deep into the data, giving you actionable insights to help build a culture where everyone can thrive. Read the full report for more insights ➡️ https://lnkd.in/et6jA4TM

Great food, better company, and conversations that went way beyond small talk. This dinner was part of Paradigm’s Supper Club series — small gatherings we host around the country to connect with HR, Culture, and Talent leaders who are building more inclusive, equitable workplaces. It’s always energizing to hear how folks are approaching this work, what’s working, and where they’re looking for fresh ideas. Thanks to everyone who joined us — we’re so glad you’re part of this community.

American DEI leaders aren’t backing down. Here’s why their persistence matters: As someone who lives abroad, I often hear, “What’s your take on DEI progress back home?” Some days, watching executive orders and legal changes complicate everything is challenging. (Even my mom asks me how we’ll push forward!) But seeing DEI leaders refuse defeat keeps me inspired and hopeful for the future. One example is Joelle Emerson, co-founder and CEO at Paradigm , who recently hosted a virtual session exploring building an inclusive culture for everyone in today's political and legal landscape. Her session was informative, collaborative and empowering, touching on: - The latest EEOC guidance on 'illegal DEI' - Strategies to attract and retain talent within these 'legal boundaries' and beyond - Pitfalls to avoid when trying to create inclusive cultures for all I'm blown away by the creative thinking coming out of these challenges. These folks aren't just coping; they're revolutionising how we approach inclusion by ensuring everyone feels they belong, no matter who they are. DEI work keeps moving forward because the people behind it know it's not just about ticking boxes – it's about building places where we can all bring our whole, authentic selves to work. The journey might look a bit different now, but we're still heading to the same place: workplaces where people shine because they feel included, not despite feeling excluded. Many thanks to Joelle Emerson and the Paradigm team for putting on such an amazing event!

The public narrative says companies are backing away from “DEI.” Our latest research tells a different story. Fast Company spotlighted our newest benchmarking study, which shows that while some companies are making changes in response to political and legal pressure, many are staying the course — and even deepening their commitments. 💡 81% of companies are maintaining or increasing funding 💡 90% have embedded best practices into their talent strategy 💡 Most are continuing to invest in inclusion trainings and ERGs Yes, the how of DEI is evolving: some companies are shifting language, pulling back on public goals, or reevaluating external rankings. But the why remains clear: creating inclusive workplaces with cultures for everyone is still a priority. We’re proud to support organizations navigating this moment with confidence and clarity. 📰 Read more from Fast Company’s Pavithra Mohan: https://lnkd.in/gqW_Pyzi

The modern workforce is diverse and dynamic. Yet, many companies struggle to create cultures that truly work for everyone. As Joelle Emerson Joelle Emerson, CEO and Co-Founder of Paradigm, points out, "Too often, workplace cultures are rooted in legacy ways of working or designed around the experiences or working styles of only a subset of employees. Simply put, they haven’t kept pace with the evolving workforce." At Paradigm, we believe that a strong culture that works for everyone is not just the right thing to do—it's essential for business success. That's why we built the Culture for Everyone Platform. It helps organizations: 💥 Identify blind spots in their current culture 💥 Gather data-driven insights from employees 💥 Develop actionable strategies for creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace Want to learn more about how to build a culture where everyone can thrive?
