Building stronger support for your VA and Medicaid growth – part 3! ? With 30 years of leadership experience in the healthcare field in both facility care and home care services, Dawn DeMers, CSA is a titan of industry in home care whose full list of credentials would put us well over LinkedIn’s 3,000 character limit. ? Dawn ran the number one franchise at Home Instead for several years; she’s been the Director of Operations, COO, and Administrator for large operations as well as multi-unit offices for large franchise organizations. During her time running a facility, she was named Arizona Administrator of the Year by the Arizona Health Care Association. ? Dawn is also a licensed NHA, CSA, and AL manager who has served on various boards including the Arizona chapter of the Home Care Association of America, and worked with the Arizona governor’s office on the Aging 2020 plan. ? She’s done almost anything imaginable in home care administration, from opening a new franchise to acquiring new offices to transitioning ownership. She’s worked with owners at every level of revenue and understands all positions within a home care organization. ? We’re grateful for the chance to work with and learn from Dawn. Here’s to the impact she has yet to make!

Expanding provider support for VA and Medicaid success – part 2! Summer Saliba is a customer success professional who looks at the home care industry through the eyes of her own caregiving journey. She has spent the last 5 years in the senior care industry with one goal in mind: to bridge the gap between families navigating their care needs and providers striving to deliver the best support. Her unique perspective allows her to push providers out of their comfort zones and use client-centered, strategic initiatives to reach more families and grow revenue. Summer is a dedicated advocate and a self-proclaimed cheerleader for home care providers. We’re very excited for her to join our educators and we hope you’ll join us in welcoming her to the team. Introducing the newest member of our team, Carmen Perry. We're taking provider support to the next level. Part one of many exciting announcements to come! Carmen Perry is a home care leader bringing two decades of experience in the senior care industry, including more than 13 years serving veteran families. An expert in payer source diversification and alternative sources of funding for home care, her legacy of leadership (so far!) includes the VA Advisory Council to the Home Care Association of America, the board of IDEAL for Healthcare, and the National Aging In Place Council (NAIPC), which she chairs.
