The Paracom team is sharing these helpful tips on when to call the Fire Department emergency line and when to call the non-emergency line. Knowing what to do before an emergency takes place will help you approach the situation properly. 1.)???You should contact emergency services if there is an active fire, someone is in danger or suffering injuries caused by a fire, or if there are indications of a serious fire risk. Examples of serious fire risks are a burning/musty wiring smell, prolonged sparking from an electrical panel/appliance or the sight of smoke. ? 2.)???You should call the non-emergency line if you suspect there may be a fire risk but there is no active fire or signs of an active fire. The non-emergency line is great for questions that do not require dispatch. ? #FireSafety #SafetyFirst #Safety?
