Paperchase had an incredible time at the New York Restaurant Show this week, connecting with industry leaders and celebrating the future of hospitality. We also enjoyed a great conversation on the state of the fast-casual industry with our fantastic client John Rigos, Co-CEO of Aurify Brands, who discussed the success of their Wing Stop portfolio. Rounding out the panel were two incredible NYC entrepreneurs, Andrew Schnipper of Schnipper's, and Jason Wang of Xi'an Famous Foods. Next on the agenda was a panel featuring culinary heavy weights, like our client Sebastien Silvestri, CEO of The Dinex Group - Daniel Boulud, who spoke about elevating the fine dining experience, along with Chef Melissa Rodriguez, Pablo Rivero, CEO of Resy, and Chef Kwame Onwuachi. The evening wrapped with a celebration of the New York State Restaurant Association | NYSRA's 90th anniversary—an inspiring night honoring the people and businesses shaping this industry.
